THE LISH — SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times Estimated delivery times vary by supplier and destination:

• United States: 5–14 business days
• International: 10–21 business days

Please note that some items are shipped directly from our suppliers and may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered. Some items from select suppliers may carry additional shipping fees due to their origin or size — this will be reflected at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Delays The Lish is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
